Director and Principal Occupational Therapist

Hi, I’m Kendie and I am an occupational therapist and the director of My OT & Me.

As an experienced occupational therapist, I am passionate about helping participants achieve their highest level of independence. This is targeted through a holistic approach to therapy and a keen focus on client-centred care.

I have a strong interest in supporting women and their families, as well as areas including Assistive Technology and Complex Home Modifications.

My role also includes leading and supporting my small team of occupational therapists, helping them guide participants through the complexities of the NDIS.

Occupational Therapist

Hi, my name is Elena and I am an occupational therapist at My OT & Me.

I have worked with individuals across the lifespan, from

children to adults, in various settings including clinics, homes, schools, workplaces, and more. I have extensive experience and knowledge in the NDIS space, particularly in

supporting individuals with neurodiversity. I am committed to providing neurodiverseaffirming practices. Additionally, I have spent part of my career in a regulatory role, focusing on practice quality within the NDIS. My experience includes working with a range of clinical diagnoses and presentations, including:
