Hi, my name is Kendie and I am an Occupational Therapist.

I established My OT & Me in 2023, through wanting to do it differently, and to truly make a difference to participants and consumers.

My mission is to support you to get back to what is truly meaningful to you.  After-all, there is ability in disABILITY.  I provide a flexible, holistic approach to therapy, and dedicated to advocating for those who have fallen through the gaps in our healthcare system.

I have surrounded myself with other like minded OT's who are excellent at what they do and share my mission of making a difference in our community.
